When I was a child in the 70's , my daredevil mom wouldnt let any food trend pass her by. She was a great cook so to up her game she would attempt to master the shiskabob, fondue, jello with floating fruit ... The crepe , though, would present a challenge she could never fully master. Making an extremely thin , large pancake that would be strong enough to hold food, both savory and sweet, proved frustrating and illusive. So when I saw the offering for crepes on Uber Eats, I was hesitant to order my lunch from such an establishment. What a wonderful surprise Brooklyn Crepe turned out to be. Everyone raved about how delicious everything was. And for the price point I feel like I got what I wanted and then some. Evan is so communicative and prepared and efficient, but also the kindest person. The quality of ingredients was incredibly fresh and the choices were more than enough. If you’re looking to feed a group of people and want to feel fancy, get crepes set up for your event. I can’t wait to become a regular at their storefront...
