Editing review to 3 stars for a bad pizza experience. $40 spent, with extra cheese requested in ALL CAPS, yet received a dry sad "pizza" with barely enough cheese on it to even warrant the name, and no recourse except sorry. Waste of money (which I fully plan on getting back even if I have to go through my bank). And a big shame especially after heaping praises earlier. I’d like a pizza, not flatbread with meat. This isn’t the first time they’ve sent me some dry "pizza" with extremely little cheese on it, but I’m officially tired of the inconsistency. Orig Review: To sum up my review: Pizza Alla Vodka. Literally everything else on their menu could be terrible and a 5-star review would still be warranted because their Vodka pizza is INCREDIBLE! It’s a wonderful lovechild of thin crust, gooey cheesy goodness and richly seasoned vodka sauce. One of my biggest pet peeves with Italian-style pizza are those sad little dollops of mozzarella because I want my cheese all over…nay, I demand it. Patsy’s delivers cheese in spades - especially if you note/pay for extra cheese. I LOVE IT. And on the topic of customer service, I’ve had very few delivery mishaps over the years. And the times I have alerted them they’ve gone above and beyond to fix it. First time I requested extra cheese which they didn’t apply, and I called them to just ask for a refund on that add-on. Now tell me why not only did the chef apologize profusely, he promised to send over another and - true to his word - had a piping hot cheese drenched pizza at my doorstep in 20 minutes (at zero charge)! Another time the delivery guy must’ve been in a hurry so all the toppings had slid off and after calling, they immediately sent another over. They go above and beyond in every way and I understand now why they’ve lasted so long in an extremely cutthroat city for pizzerias. Their Margherita is also very good, albeit quite standard. I think it’s the vodka sauce that does it for me, it’s better than any marinara or white sauce based pizza I’ve tried, so I tend to use that as a base and add whatever toppings to it. I hope one day to try other non-pizza things on the menu but their vodka pizza is just so good I haven’t been able to deviate after all these years. It’s long become my go-to recommendation whenever someone is looking for "the best" pizza. Even managed to convert a Boston native, which I’m particularly proud of - ha! Worth every star of 5 stars!

I went around 2-3 pm. Not many people inside. We was able to receive incredible service and excellent quality food. Chicken parm from this location is some of the best I've had. Definitely a must try at minimum. Pizza was great thin crust came out hot, with Smokey crispy crust. Excellent if you like it that way. Lasagna was good as well. Saucy with high quality noodle. I didn't get any drinks I should have. This spot is good for date night, low key...or a great place to have brunch with the family or friends. Lighting was slightly dim, the only thing I didn't love about the atmosphere but every thing else was great, I will be back in due time

Surprisingly average pizza. It is definitely passable but really no better than your average corner pizzeria. I got the Verdura pizza. It was good but again, nothing special. The crust was not as crispy as I like (surprising considering that they're supposedely using a coal oven) and the pizza came out only mildly warm. It did not taste like it was straight out of the oven. If you're already in the area and you're looking for pizza it's not a bad choice, but it isn't really a "destination" you'd make plans around.

Patsy's is a solid choice for pizza and pasta and other classic Italian fare. No complaints on the food but I recently had a disappointing experience. I showed up alone a bit over an hour before closing and asked if I could order at the bar. I was told no, as they'd had a "hard day" and would only do take out. Noting I was alone and had a simple order the bartender went to ask the manager for permission to provide me service. Deciding over an hour before closing to simply not provide service because you no longer feel like it sucks and is bad business. Especially as I was alone and intended to sit at the bar, and only wanted a salad. Considering they weren't closing early I can't make sense of the manager Anthony being unwilling to accommodate a single patron at the bar that has a dedicated bartender working for at least another hour. When I mentioned I only wanted a salad I was told only a salad and it would need to be to-go. I felt unwelcomed and it was just an unkind way to treat a customer. Embarrassing to be turned away (while other patrons were still dining and staff was available). I'll have to think very hard about...

I've eating thousands of pizzas in my life and I gotta say that patsy's pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. From the time the servant greets you, to the time you get your meal. It is all done with a passion. Our servant was not only a good waitress, but a funny one as well. I can tell he likes his job and rightfully so. The seats we picked were in the back of the restaurant, which has an outdoor theme minus the view. Now the pizza was phenomenal. I am extremely critical with pizzas as they are at the top of my food chain and boy did they delivered. Every bite was filled evenly to the core. I understand why the chef takes his time making it. He treats his pizzas with care and it shows. I had a custom white pizza with spinach and my wife had a pie with pepperoni. Excellent service and excellent food. Not much to criticize other than a few flies strolling around, but what do you expect? They probably love the pizza too. Anyways, I recommend this place to families as well as couples. Great place to eat pizza with quality rather than...
