I order pepper steak and pork chop.
I been going to this place 10 years already.
I know the portion of the lunch special by heart.
It been consistent for 10 Years.
Until today i make a delivery order
And I received the most miserable amount of meat possible in existence.
The pork chop was ohkay. Cant go wrong with that.
But in all my years buying lunch special for steak
I never seen this little bit of steak so i got curious and called.
So this guy told me there was only a little Bit of steak left. And he gave me that.
Me on the other tone ask him why he dint tell me that when i was ordering i could have order some else if i knew.
Then he proceeded to say then u should have order something else.
Then we went back and forth about how im supposed to know there lik bit steak left if you the server dont say anything
Then he starts saying thats the regular portion for steak.
And im telling him is not i been coming here for 10 years and thats not 13$ worth of steak LITERALLY there was so much pepper that the meat purpose was just to serve as juice for the pepper
Like completely violated.
Im telling him just the sight of it made me lost my appetite
He say u should have order something else so instead taking accountability he say is my fault.
So imagine going for 10 years buying food consistently in a place.
Just to find someone who not even properly a year old yet in this place.
Telling you that you wrong for expecting the same amount of food you been getting for 10 years.
Today out of days. Is my fault? Some people really want you to crash out for real.
Forgot to mention.
He say he was not going give me a refund or change my lunch at all.
This is the behavior that wants you to either have a conversation with their supervisor which he is mad rude himself and only care what happens in the dining restaurant this is why you got so many people serving food in yayos with nasty attitude and attitude like they ain’t wrong in nothing
So since this not happening at the dining tables. He dont pay much attention and he let them get away with murder.
Like i say that attitude to make you want speak with supervisor.
Or catch that specific employee outside and ask him what is his problem. Either or im done with this restaurant.

Honestly goes a long way.
From now on. Im taking my business to besitos. Anywhere else but yayos. I buy 3 lunch of food daily from this place every single day religiously.

Read moreFirst and foremost thank you for allowing my family to have our family repast here in the banquet area. Ok so we showed up around 6pm waited 2.5 hours yup for our food. Was only served a small salad within the hour. Had to chase a waiter down for ice water. Was hot in there. Asked blonde waitress if she could turn on the air conditioner and her response was “ it’s cold over here (meaning near the entrance) what do you want from me ? Cool air or your food!!! Then she went around taking orders and names. My question is how are you going to remember each order and match it with a face? Ummm can’t. No table number on the tables. Poor teamwork. Her attitude was very unprofessional. My brother ordered fish and was asked 4x’s by 4 different staff what he ordered. Now we came from out of state and waited 2.5 hours I kid u not for food to be brought to our table and the staff had no idea which table ordered what. Young guy there Left hot food on tray unintended for a good 5 minutes. They walked around asking ppl if they ordered certain foods that they brought out. They were clueless but yet had slips of paper with ppls names on it. So basically you was walking up to tables and saying “ Did you order the chicken?” And ppl that didn’t place orders were like yeah I ordered that just to get a free meal. Smh. Some food was undercooked or too tough to eat. This place will never see my face again very unorganized especially when you knew a large party was coming. I just hope that next time you have a event like this you be more prepped and prepared. Use table numbers or buffet style, and of course BE PROMPT with the food. Read moreSo I took my mother and my aunt here for Mother’s Day May 13, 2024 we had a reservation for 7 PM and we arrived about 20 minutes early it was not busy so they seated us early it took us about 10 minutes to order it literally took 35 minutes for our appetizer to come out and that’s only one of our appetizers The appetizer they came out 35 minutes later was the fried calamari and it tasted so rubbery and chewy that I couldn’t even get it down I had to spit it out and it also had a funny taste and smell to it that was the first red flag the waiter was extremely rude and didn’t know anything about the menu and had to constantly keep checking with the manager for simple modifications to the food that he should have known it also almost felt like if you weren’t Latino that you didn’t get the best service our waiter didn’t even check on us not one time to refill our drinks to see if we needed anything else to assure us that the food is coming nothing I finally get my empanada appetizer I got the cheese empanadas I bit into the empanada it was ice cold the cheese was not melted it was still whole in shreds I sent it back and told him to take it off my bill my aunt got a shrimp scampi when she got it there was no pasta nothing it was shrimp in melted butter literally the passion fruit drink is tasteless we even seen a group of 10 people come in and they receive their appetizer in five minutes and of course they were Latino so it seems as though they prioritize their own kind I would not recommend this place to anyone they need to be trained better on how to conduct themselves in this...
