About two weeks ago for the dunk raffle I patiently was waiting as the number 15th person and my son was the number 16th. Not too long after they were groups of men outside and they had a bunch of people cutting everybody when everybody knew there was only 20 pairs total. It started to get very violent and There were confrontations and somebody pulled a gun or a knife out. when people started to run my son was pushed and fell to the ground and it was extremely dangerous and honestly thought that it was going to be way worse until the police showed up .After the police showed up it was still hectic and then the security guard came and once the security guard came it was honestly a loss of hope.Thinking he was going to be professional about it and keep everything fair knowing that everybody was blocking the door and they were not in line he then proceeded to give tickets out directly to people he knew. I was extremely disturbed by this because Keith and Manhattan never has issues like this but Brooklyn is absolutely terrible for raffles . Many pros and cons to store but seems though cons outweigh. Questionable integrity by the store manager Kevin. At time items are backdoored; meaning prior notice is given to his associates he has a rapport with and they’re able to secure items before the public is aware they’re on the floor. Multiple times I’ve come into the store at 11am opening and they inform me sizes are sold out yet I’m 4-5th person walking in the store.

The X-men drop was mayhem, they informed you only 3 total top items including outerwear yet people were leaving with 4-5 tee shirts and a jacket. I also know someone who received 5-6 pairs of Kith marvel in 1 order yet we were informed it’s 1 per order.

The FCFS policy stated online on their website also doesn’t mean FCFS, security suggest we reach out to them to see if they’re giving our wristbands prior to any drop which is an inconvenience because if that security guard isn’t there you won’t know. So you must be there at 6-8am to get a wristband then wait until 10:30 to get in line.

The assistant managers , cashiers & sales associates are very professional and respectable and uphold to the integrity of the company including back of house operations & I value them each time I walk into the establishment.
