I came here to get my passport picture taken since the place I was planning to go was closed. This store is next to Starbucks by the Flushing Main Street Library.

They're really busy but overall, I didn't need to wait for more than 10minutes. You go in, and tell the employee you're taking a passport picture and you line up to get the picture taken.

The photographer did a good job with my picture and I'm pleased with how it turned out. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. He adjusted my hair and told me to look more relaxed (lol) and lower my shoulders, the good stuff. I've had my passport pictures taken at a Walgreens before and compared to them, I'd rather come here even if it's a bit far out.

Second time visiting, and this experience was the absolute worse. They told me to keep my jacket on because my shirt was a beige color. Not only that, but they told me to look NOT directly to the camera but under it. They were arguing with me, raising their voice, not being patient, and it was honestly the worse customer service experience ever. If you are going to explain why you told me to look under the camera, please use different ways of explaining it. You kept saying the same thing over and over again, which I did not understand - in Chinese or in English. Definitely will not be coming back anymore.
