When you take your skincare seriously, you're not going to trust it to just anyone without doing your research. I found Advanced Skin Care Day Spa back in 2018 after moving from Chicago. Ana was still the owner and main esthetician, but sadly she was retiring within a few months. She said she had personally trained the entire team, and that she did, because to this day I continue to receive the top level of service during every visit.

The salon is small/private and located in a building near Columbus Circle. They don't have a receptionist, so if it's your first time you'll have to try to get a hold of someone via the website, phone, or email. Once you've had your initial visit, appointments are easy to book.

Ilona is my esthetician and she is not just the most amazing human, but also the most amazing esthetician you could ever ask for! Her hands are like magic. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and am constantly getting compliments on my skin for days after seeing her.

I took the afternoon off from work to relieve stress in the hopes of getting a facial, massage and paraffin for my hands and feet. The esthetician didn't show up. There was no one at the receptionist area so I called the number and the owner answered. The owner gave a bunch of excuses and offered the same trt for free over the weekend. Let me give them another try, I thought! I let him select the time and date. Again, there was no esthetician available at 10 am on Sunday. I asked, are you sure someone will be there? He said Sunday is a good day. Why can't a business have the courtesy to send a text or call a client about a delay or cancellation. No respect for me or my time. I have been going to advance skin care for 10 years. Started with Isabelle (one of the owners)who fixed my sun damaged skin to the point that my skin looks flawless. Anna (the other owner) would work on my skin a lot as well and now Tamara is working on my skin, I go to all 3 of them as I think they are all professionals and know what they are doing because my skin looks perfect. I listen to ladies which products to use every time season changes. its always customized facial depends what your skin needs . I highly recommend the place. I used to work at Allure magazine where they searched and studied all the best beauty places and I have been to many and tried to many .... Thank you ladies for...
