Alcone Company — Local services in New York

I recently made a purchase on December 2nd and the post office didn’t receive it until December the 5th! Today is the 6th and my package is now in Atlanta Georgia! I have a big event coming up soon and my package will not be here in time! This company is not the go to company if you need something right away! If I would have know it was going to take 3 days for them to ship it, I would have canceled it! Now I’m having to reorder it from another company for backup so ill have it in time! I want be reordering from this company in the future! I will be ordering from a company that with faster service! I visited the store in February 2022 and since then I still remember the feeling I had. When I entered the store and said hello, the employee did not return the greeting. His name was Isaac (i think). I excused him and said to myself, maybe he didn't hear me. But he stood and kept looking at me with looks that I did not like, as if he was watching me and that I would steal something! I was annoyed by his behavior, but I ignored it. After that another woman (American i guess) entered and greeted him and he responded back. and talked to her while smiling! Why! Is it because I'm Arab and veiled! I felt humiliated. Staff is disorganized and although nice, it doesn't seem like there's much communication. I've been trying to get a specific makeup kit that was available on their website, but after 4 visits I haven't been able to get it. My professor had some sent from the warehouse, but when I arrived, they only had 1 out of 3, and my classmate got it. They said that they'd reorder and call me, but failed to do so. When I sent people to recieve it today, they said that they had one but sent it back because they were "tired of looking at it."
