If I could give this place no stars I would. I came here before and wanted my hands done first so I could match the toes properly. She made me do my toes first anyways and it didnt match of course. I came back and the same thing happened again, they don’t know their product and don’t listen to what the customer wants. I asked them to redo the toes since the color I found to match was not gel but they wouldn’t because it would cost less. They did sloppy work on my hands too, theres glue and color still on my fingers and they cut me many times and put my bloody fingers into the dip powder, some of the top coat is already chipping off. I’ve been here 3.5 hours, they take forever and are clearly understaffed and under qualified as they take people and lie to them about how long they are waiting. 4 people walked out in the time I’ve been here. Owner was very rude and wouldn’t take any responsibility, still made me pay full price. Never coming back.

THE BEST MANICURE PEDICURE AND WAXING in Hells Kitchen! Sunny, the owner (she sits in the 1st chair) used to be famous in Korea for her manicures and pedicures. She (and they all are) super fast, thorough, and perfectionist! Virgo vibes! Not to mention that they're super sweet! Compare them to anything on 8th/in the area, and they are the CHEAPEST. There's also no hustling of $1 extra this, $5 extra this. Highly recommend a 10 min chair Massage after your mani...so your nails can dry and you're not sitting at the air dry station. They recommended "layering" 2 different nail polishes so you have a "custom" color. (*she layered Opi "A little gilt under the kilt" and "Malaga Wine" for my toes and Essie "Fiji" and "Angel Food". Amazing!

Today, my best friend and I casually walked by this gorgeous little nail shop. I got a French gel pedicure with milk and honey, hot towels, callus treatment and a 10 min massage and a gel manicure and my bestie got a mani pedi with milk and honey and the works as well. I have to say this was hands down the best mani pedi I’ve gotten in NYC! Such a gem in Hell’s Kitchen! Debbie did my nails and Sunny did my bestie’s. I will be returning! The service, the cute and clean atmosphere, the location, everything was just fabulous! A little pricey but SO WORTH THE PRICE! We had a relaxing Sunday with the sweetest little nail shop! I will be returning!

I went in a week ago to remove my tip extensions, and get a new set of nails done. I had been growing my nails for 2 months now and was my mission to really protect them so decided to get a silk wrap.

I was extremely hesitant to write this review because the lady that took care of me was very nice but other than that my experience was poor. I went in, immediately sat down and mentioned what I wanted. The lady proceeded to soak my nails to start the removing process. Did not wrap them in foil or anything. She decided to just soak them for a bit. She then starts trying to pull the extensions (that were very much still glued) with a cuticle cutter and breaking off corners having pieces of the extensions flying all over the place, then soaked them again and this was the process for a solid hour. This was very painful, I had to tell her to soak them more because it was hurting. To which she responded she was trying to leave by a certain time. Not only was this painful but she damaged my nails completely. In parallel she did the silk wrap which was very messy. Later did dip powder but not colored, so I had to do gel nail polish on top (for an extra charge). I hated the end result. I kept asking her to buff them more because they looked chunky. She was in such a rush, she didn’t realized she wasn’t only buffing my nails but also the edge of my skin. I ended up paying $133 for the worst experience and horrible nails. I woke up the next day and my nails were hurting, and kept hurting for a solid 2 days.

Not only that but the gel started to peel off on the 4th day, and the powder began lifting. I went to a different salon to take them off and started a strengthening treatment because she...

Very overpriced manicure. A basic acrylic refill was $55 USD and I was told that price did NOT include nail polish colour. Shellac was an additional $25 USD (which is absolutely outrageous) or I could opt for a regular nail polish colour for an additional $7-9, which I ended up doing. I don’t understand the purpose of advertising a manicure while charging for the colour separately when it’s one service. It’s a very cheap money grab and just takes advantage of tourists. They didn’t have a wide selection of colours either, which was very disappointing. To top it off, she tried to pressure me into leaving a 20% tip which is ridiculously tacky and unprofessional, especially when I’m already paying so much to begin with for a very basic manicure. I was nowhere near satisfied with my experience to begin with, so it’s insane to me that she would try to ARGUE with me to leave more money after I said NO multiple times....
