The associates here are dismissive, belittling, and very rude. I had an online issue hoping the store would help. There was one person in the entire store and I was left standing there, the associate telling me to wait while they took the one customer standing there. That’s fine. I waited thinking he moved to my issue after the customer was checked out and I had to prompt the associate if he was working on it and he said "I was doing something else, sorry forgot.” I was standing right there and no one else was at the register. He did help me contact customer service since my issue was an online one. After I was done with the call, no one was around to take the phone from me. Finally got an associate to take it and I was talking to her, she didn't respond to me at all. I asked if what I said made sense because she did not react, nor respond, nor acknowledge me. Then she responded "huh? no sorry what did you say?" I had to repeat myself and she still didn't respond while I was giving back the phone. I literally purchased over $700 online couple of days prior, showed them the proof, and was looking for assistance on something I should have gotten online and hoped the store would help since it’s so tough to get a customer service rep online or email. I went on google and this store is known for talking to people like this. This is not ok. I wonder if the brand uses this approach on purpose and be exclusive of individuals they deem unworthy of the brand. To have someone look at you while speaking to them and use that tactic of making someone feel small is not customer service. I should have asked for a manager but the interaction left me so turned off and I needed to leave. I hope whoever sees this knows the type of treatment they’ll get no matter how much you pay. Whenever you buy something online it says you are getting gifts, they even show them to you and in the end you don’t get anything, luckily you will get the thing you actually bought because the last time it took them 20 days to send me something that was supposed to arrive in the 2-3 followings days. So just pray you receive something and hope for it to be in good conditions. I got a tank top that was kind of ripped. I tried a thousand times calling to the customer service phone, they not even picked once. Sent emails through the website and I never got a reply. They don’t care at all about customers. Their service is definitely the worst thing I’ve ever seen in a brand that is supposed to be good. Read moreThe reason I gave a 4 start is because one of the employees was not to happy to help me and my boyfriend she seems either a little racist or scared of us because we were a little darker than she is she probably thought we wasn’t going to spend and we were gonna steal. I wasn’t happy about that so I decided not to ask her for any more help and got help from someone else. One employee was very helpful and we spent a lot of money at the end of the day in the store.
