I cannot over-emphasize the level of service that the amazing staff at Credo UES shared with me! I knew I really wanted an in-depth experience to fully overhaul my makeup bag and upgrade to a clean routine. My makeup artist, Carolyn, really took her time and was so patient to teach me how to best apply each product. I left her care feeling incredibly empowered and supported. Store manager Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I felt pampered and special. He also was paying close attention to my makeover and offered helpful tips as well! Even the additional associate, Dom, was kind and helpful when I needed to add to my order over the phone the next day. The team was so knowledgeable and kind. Had an amazing experience shopping here. I used to live in NYC and shop here but recently moved to Minneapolis. On my recent trip back, I knew I wanted to try out a new foundation and visit the store again. It's so hard to order foundation online. I learned that they do consultation visits and would highly recommend. We went over my current skincare and makeup and lifestyle and then tried out a new skincare routine and some new makeup products. I was so impressed! I wasn't pressured to buy anything but I loved so many of the products that I wanted to anyways. She was also very realistic with my busy life and recommended a simple routine that I feel like I can handle. Nearly a week later and my skin feels amazing. I had such a great experience with this store! The staff was so helpful and friendly, they helped me pick out a new concealer and recommended new products that I wanted to try. I love that Credo takes and recycles old containers through their Pact program and it goes towards your rewards–win win! The staff allowed me to try everything and was very sanitary, with helpful tips and experienced guidance.

And as an avid member, I'm always appreciative that Credo does the work behind selecting brands and products that meet a level of sustainability and what they call 'clean beauty'.
