Toxic and Racist! I have learned at this location I must bring my White assistant if I am going to get any help. A manager I believe his name is ( I had to get his name from another employee because he refused) Kaden or Caben managed to ignore me and not even acknowledge my presence! This wasn’t the first time I’ve gotten this treatment at this location! However there is always that I’ll follow you around and take everything from you while others have an abundance of merchandise! I shouldn’t have to wear a sign that says I am the stylist of….. and the editorial press of …. To be acknowledged or helped here ! I’ve even come with another stylist (White ) she was given grand and acknowledged! The times I have been there and it was a last minute grab it had been so uncomfortable and toxic staring I felt shamed for purchasing ! A new and upcoming artist and YouTuber (black) same treatment ! I will be emailing corporate office soon of Caden or Camden and his other female manager who exude grotesque customer service let alone human behavior of those different than themselves !!! Throw the entire store away !!! Try the store in soho !!! The only thing missing are white hoods !!!
I wish money followed me around as these employees as I watched kaden tell and nudge to walk follow behind me !! Please please black stylist send an assistant or if you are white don’t send black...
Read moreThis is the best Lululemon location I have been in. After being given the runaround at the Greenwich, CT store over boxes, I stumbled across this location and everyone, I mean everyone (even the security guard greeted me warmly) at the store was very helpful. At that point I hadnt purchased anything and they were still great with me. I decided to come back and buy a pair of tights a week later, again was greeted warmly and a very fit gentleman (probably a runner) came over to help. Not just help, he showed me what options I had for what i was looking for, I told him I had seen a design online, he went on his phone and looked for the item. Let's put it out there, Lululemon is a luxury product (well worth it, in my opinion). This store treats you like a luxury customer. Even though I have a store close to me in a different state, this will be my...
Read moreGiving two stars only for this one fantastic man who helped me with legging selection. I live one block away, so naturally I’ve stopped in a few times, and have gotten to a point where I’ve been so unhappy with the service that I decided to write a review. Every woman working in their acts like it is their job to judge you. I needed to return an item once, and a woman, who I’m assuming is the manager based on the way she dressed, could NOT give me an ounce of respect or acknowledgement. She looked at me like I was the scum of the earth! I always attempt to ask how store personnel days are and I rarely have gotten a smile. I rarely write reviews, but I feel like for the price I pay for the items, and what lululemon has based their reputation on, is not judgement or disregard for...
