If I could give ZERO stars I would..to the Janie and Jack, 1150 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10065.. My 4 year old and I went to buy a couple dresses because she had picture day and some Easter events coming up. My daughter said “ mommy I have to pee” I asked an employee if there was a bathroom available. She said no not for the clients I said please my daughter has to urine. She said yes because it was a FOUR year old. As we approached to the bathroom which was located in the stock room. She was opening the door as I was getting READY to go inside an employee name JASMINE screams MISS KAROL your not suppose to let no one in. I understand completely the rules and regulations…. I GET IT!!!! BUT HOW DO YOU DENID A FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD A BATHROOM!!!! I asked her AGAIN is for my child please.straight forward NO “I'm sorry” YOUR “SORRY” WHAT ARE YOU sorry about that my four year old have to urine on herself you piece of GARBAGE!!!!! . Overall, Completely disappointed. I USUALLY shop a lot at this store I never had a horrific experience. HERE is the worst PART my daughter said “mommy that lady was not nice” you caused an entire uncomfortable conversation with my child. Read moreBeen shopping at this store for years. Since 2015 to be exact. I recently had an issue with an order I placed in store where I was given the wrong information. I called in and was placed on several long holds by a woman who claimed to be the manager. She was so rude and nasty and in no way accommodating. A lot of the information she claimed she was not able to provide I found in no time. She clearly did not want to look or had an compassion for the fact that my daughters graduation is on Monday and my package is time sensitive. I'll keep shopping online but won't be visiting this store anymore because a woman such as this manager makes it so easy for you to come out of character. I hope corporate see's this.
