I won't shop at this Ann Taylor store ever! I had always loved Ann Taylor clothes and shopping with ann Taylor in Boston. But this store left me some horrible shopping memory! This is by far the worst Ann taylor store I have ever been! Some of the sale representatives / cashiers are incredibly rude and incapable. They spent more time talking/joking with each other than helping the customers. What's more, they were in such a hurry to talk to each other that they made decisions for you without asking your preferences first. No joke best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never bought a suit before and I went in to the store totally clueless looking for an interview look. The women who work there (Regina, Christina, Nilla) at incredible! They helped me find the right fit for my body type and the right color for my personality. The shopping experience here is always a treat. The staff is very helpful and professional. I shop here often for several reasons. It's tranquil, the displays of clothing, shoes and accessories are always very neat and pleasant to the eyes. The dressing area is lit very well so that you can get a good idea how it may look once you wear if you decide purchase. The girls in the dressing room are very helpful and honest in their opinion when asked, which I really really appreciate. They also are really good with suggestions on how to dress an outfit up....
