Bad experience, very rude. Waited an extra 10 minutes past when the sign on the front door said they'd be back. When coming back the store associate held the door for 3 guys that went in front of me (I was waiting on the sidewalk) and then didn't hold the door for me who was with a 1 year old, stroller and large box. The associate was very rude, wouldn't listen or answer any of my questions and then proceeded to ignore me and walk away. This while having 4 people, who I assume were friends of the associate, stare at me awkwardly which made me uncomfortable (it's a very small store). This was for a UPS drop-off that this store was listed as being able to handle.

I highly doubt most of the reviews for this place are legit. My experience 100% matches the poor reviews left on here. I do not recommend this store. I ended up going to the UPS Store around the corner on Flatbush where they were courteous and...

Rude and useless! I went to drop an Amazon package there. They don't tape your package. You have to do it yourself, else I guess you'll receive additional charges. After he scans the package, I ask foe the receipt. He states I can take a picture of the package. I asked will it show in my Amazon account. He said yes, I check the account and it's not showing up. I asked how come you don't give receipts. He got agitated, pushed my package towards me and said I should take it to the corporate UPS! Please don't waste your time...

Complete dump. Waited outside for almost 30 minutes for the person to return during posted operation hours. When the person finally came back, he let the door slam on me while I was trying to enter with 2 huge bags of packages.
