I spent 400+ dollars on monogrammed bikini bags for my bridesmaids. They told me that it would be done in one hour and when I came back they said that it would be something that I need to pick up the following day. The machine wasn’t working. I came back the following day and they said that it still hadn’t been fixed. I never got any information from them on an order number or who to call except that the person helping me said “don’t worry I’ll be here. I’ve been working here for a year I’m not going anywhere”. I then tried calling them multiple times to find out the status of my order. They never got back to me. Finally my fiancé got involved, he called,texted, and emailed and 3 days later, they responded to him and apologized saying that the person that was dealing with my bags had been fired and they had no idea what was going on. While that wasn’t our problem they made excuses rather than trying to rectify the problem. They ultimately ended up crediting me $50 for the monogram, but when I went to go pick up the bag you would think after I spent so much money on this, that they would’ve tried to make nice with me and I warned them that my fiancé was actually going to post a review but it didn’t really register with them. I walked in and instantly became interested in the products. The lady was helping a customer, 3 items.. with personalization. I patiently waited with my items. She came and asked me what i needed, i mentioned i needed 6 toiletry bags with initials because i thought they would be awesome for my bridesmaids' gifts. I also wanted a bunch of other items. It would have come out to $400. She was on the last item from the previous customer when she mentioned that my items would not be ready today. I told her i dont live in NY anymore and that i would need them the same day. That is when she mentioned she couldn't guarantee when they would be ready. Ididn'tt understand why my items would have taken all day when it was just initials and 3 more items than the previous customer. There were only 2 customers in the store. Definitely bummed me out and the reason for my rating. So be aware.. great items.. but if you are getting personalization, you may not get same...

The quality of their products is really terrible, absolutely horrible material. PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE. As someone else commented , they won’t let you get a refund and if you are persistent, they will ignore you. I e-mailed them 5 times and left 2 phone messages - no response. I've never seen such terrible customer service. I beg you not to shop here. We need to put companies like this out of business.
