By far THE BEST SERVICE of anything on NY!!! I called the morning when I needed a delivery of balloons for my daughters birthday. It was a busy and hectic time at Balloon Kings when I spoke to William who assured me he would do his best but the earliest lead time to get the job done and on the delivery truck that morning was 4 hours. I told him how much I wanted to have the balloons there when my daughter would be arriving in 2 hours with her little ones. I understood the onis was on me as I waited till the morning of, to make such an unreasonable difficult request and shared that with William. Within the hour I was stunned when a lovely delivery person came with the gorgeous balloons arranged in such a tall and full configuration…. So deliciously imposing of happy birthday in the room. The Mylar balloons strategically punctuated the nylon bright colored ones of an exquisite quality. The curled ribbons were wider and more silky than I’ve ever seen used. Such quality goods… reflective of the kind of caring service and commitment to superb work. They arrived before my daughter and her kids who walked in and lit up immediately seeing such a festive greeting. I am SO GRATEFUL TO YOU, William and your team. Balloon Kings has became my go-to store when I need a very reliable service to prepare for last minute surprises. Yes it isn't exactly the cheapest option you can find in-town. But the quality and reliability is unbeatable, I'd rather pay the price and save headaches. I've ordered from Balloon Kings a few times by now. All a-day-before orders, all arrived on-time or earlier than my scheduled time. Tiffany even took the extra step and texted me to let me know to whom she left the delivery with at my front desk, that way if anything isn't right I could track down the source. Their high float latex balloons stayed afloat in my apartment for a month. While you’d be lucky if the usual ones from elsewhere can stay afloat for more than three days. I placed an online order for balloons for delivery to a restaurant for my mother's 80th bday which was 4 days from the time of ordering. Less than 24 hours after I placed the online order, we found out my mother had covid and we had to cancel the event. I immediately called to notify that I needed to cancel. I am quite certain that the balloons had not yet been taken off the shelf let alone inflated. I am pretty sure no work to prepare them would be completed 4 days before delivery, yet I was still not refunded the full amount. I was told the refund would be what I paid less 20%. I will never order from this place again. I can understand if the order had been placed less than 24-48 hours before, but more than 4 days before is just poor business policy and...
