They seem to be short staffed but with the 1 sales associate that is present, you will get a great experience! Ari assisted me🩵 The RTW is a bit flashy for me but I went to experience the new fragrance line and was pleasantly surprised. Of the Maisons releasing perfume, Balmain has the most unique and aesthetically pleasing selection. Unfortunately, it’s just smarter to buy them down the block at Bergdorf’s (loyalty point etc). Otherwise I highly recommend shopping in-store

The "manager is by far the rudest sales clerk I have ever encountered....the prices they attempt to charge at the store are 30 % higher than whatf is advertised on their "official site"....when I called to ask about the discrepancy they put Luciana on the phone, as I waz trying to explain the conversion rate of Euros to dollars, she incessantly would talk over me and interrupt me, refusing to listen to me, the customer....i then stated "if you continue to interrupt me, I will be upset", she proceeded to hang up ....i called her back and asked if in fact she hung up on me, which at thatg point she went into a tirade, saying I threatened her, and was screaming at me, I told her what I thought ....so in summary, there is a suspicious price discrepancy at this store, along with a psycho...

Michael and the team have completely turned this place around! There was a time that I opted out of shopping here years ago due to a bad experience with one of their former sales associate. However Michael has brought in some of the most AMAZING talent, and since meeting Alice (my Balmain Stylist) there's no where else I go to get something unique for an event or everyday. Let me tell you about Alice, her charisma is paralleled only by her eye for fashion and what will fit her clients. Her creative takes on how to style folks in Balmain is second to none! And I can't forget about Monique! She's a fashion force and brings so much to this team.

Highly recommend coming here to experience the glamour, refinement and playful sophistication...
