Wow disappointed is an understatement. Purchased a coat and realized I wanted the 70th year anniversary so I went back in less than 12 hours to exchange. Let me tell you , I walk in and politely ask for the manager, gentlemen tells me he"s the manager but then tells me he needs to get his manager so first of all who is the manager here? Then when the situation is explained he begins to tell me he can take me to the back and show me which is where i told him that's not necessary to just get me the real manager. Doesn't he proceed to say “ good, because I don't have to take you to the back anyway” is the service you expect at a High-end store? The real manager finally comes and isn't helpful either. They proceed and break my coat bag that came with the coat and try to compensate by giving me a plain black one. I explained that I wanted the moncler coat bag which is what I paid for especially after they broke it. The fake manager begins to say that , they ran out of them so that's all they can give me. After constant back and fourth I finally got the white moncler coat bag which “ they took off a already purchased coat” funny huh? Point is I was unable to get my exchange. Luckily I was able to go over to the SOHO LOCATION & wow what a difference. Everything went smoothly and I left a very happy customer. MADISON LOCATION IS A JOKE. DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LOOKED AT/ SPOKEN TO LIKE IF YOUR NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER. My husband and I traveled from NJ to do an exchange. The girl doing the exchange was pleasant. While she was doing the exchange, she explained there would be a difference because of NY tax. Before she was able to explain that, Carolyn jumped into the conversation with a attitude. Anytime my husband spoke, she would cut him off and roll her eyes. Making everyone, including the associate, uncomfortable. My husband asked to overnight the jacket since this was his 3rd time at the store (they said they had the jacket twice before and it was not physically there), with a snarky attitude she replied “it’s not going to get there tomorrow.” He asked to be updated and her response was “Ha you want me to sit there and wait for the order to update, to update you? No”. My husband asked for her card, because he will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. No one else in the store was treated with such disrespect.
