Whe my nail salon for nearly 10 years closed down during the pandemic, was looking for a new place that does quality work with hard gel and immaculate designs. I tried a few places that were not hitting the mark and then I stumbled upon bed of nails. WOW. All my expectations are met at every appointment. The nail techs are friendly, the place is clean and my nails are AMAZING at every visit. I always leave there so happy because of the perfection and attention to details. The price accurately reflects the quality of the work, and Candice and her techs work very hard to manage expectations and make sure you are happy when you leave. Thank you thank you thank you for being so patient with me booking this appointment from overseas. I had to originally get on the waitlist. I was contacted immediately a spot opened up, they kept me informed on everything. We figured out a way for communication and it was so pleasant and professional. Victoria did my manicure and Pedicure and I loved it. This nail system they have is totally different...you have to go to understand. It's been 3 weeks and my nails have not cracked or look bad. I have had several varying experiences with the quality of work here. Initially very good, but once I had to get new technicians, which I didn’t mind, the consistency was lost. The staff is very friendly! For 2 months I have had to express VARIOUS CONCERNS WITH MY NAILS and have still tipped, but to be forced to tip (if you are not overall happy) is unacceptable. I think having a consistent regimen with the same technician may help having a better experience. One must be aware if you have highly demanding or unpredictable work schedules, you may have to see different people and your nails may not be how...
