Love, love, love this studio!! Been going here now for a few months and have enjoyed every class. From a gentle vinyasa flow to a sculpt class, they're all fantastic. The teachers are great, offering advice and adjustments where you need to make sure you get the most out of your practice. Destiny taught the sculpt class at 10am on Saturday and it kicked my a**, in the best way!! Will definitely be signing up for her classes again. This was my first yoga class and it was truly so lovely! The teacher was very attentive and the instruction was easy to follow. The large windows overlooking the sunset was also just so relaxing to have a view of.
