While the venue itself is beautiful, I would not recommend this spot to anyone based on the customer service. My friend recently had her baby shower there and the owner literally tried to upcharge for everything little thing. She also waited until the day before to let us know that we would need a licensed bartender in order to serve alcoholic drinks which was a huge inconvenience. On the day of the event, we were not allowed to enter the venue to the actual start time of the event. She charged extra to use her sternos and even went as far as charging extra money for a table to put the extra food on. Towards the end of the event her staff took it upon themselves to start cleaning when there was still more time left at the venue. The event space is nice but unless you want the owner and her security hovering over you and your event the entire time, I wouldn’t recommend. The WiFi and the service is terrible in the lower end. The owner is very nasty and rude and does not respect your time. She will shut your music down before the end of your event and expect you to work on her time. She began popping balloons that were not supposed to be popped just to rush us out of there. Our event just happened on May 4th, 2024. If you’re running a business and you want to be there during an event, be helpful - be positive - join the good vibes ; don’t ruin them. Not to mention we paid her for an extra hour on the spot and she still had the music shut down. Took our money and that was that....

I recently booked this venue for my niece’s 1st birthday party on January 25th, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! The staff was incredibly efficient, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. The space was spotless and beautifully set up. The ‘Back 2 Basics’ package was perfect – the decorations were adorable, the cake was delicious, and the treats and treat boxes for the kids were a hit.
