I recently had an amazing experience at Being U. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The technician was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to ensure that the eyelash extensions were applied perfectly. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

What really impressed me was the personalized approach—the technician customized the lashes to perfectly suit my eye shape, and the result was absolutely stunning. Additionally, the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

I found this place on Groupon and booked a wispy set. I was told to pay the Groupon price upfront, which was fine, but wasn’t informed about a $10 minimum tip until after the service. The lashes didn’t match the picture I showed and looked like they were weeks old. I called and they agreed to fix it, but I live 2 hours away and had to reschedule twice. When I finally went back, they filled the sparse spots, but my lashes still looked uneven. I didn’t get the result I wanted and I was charged a tip again.
