The manager names Alex, when my house happened the emergency, I called the agent to help me report a claim so that I had time to solve the problem in my house. But Alex said that if I didn’t use the decoration company who has corporations with this agent company and I need to pay them 5%-10% commission fee. How big trap! In this 2 months, I called the insurance by myself and every time I met something problem need to ask the Chinese agent. The manager just let me call to insurance company by myself and never help me for the claim. But when I bought the insurance from this agent company, they promised me that they would help client to report the claim and sent some useful documents to insurance company....
