Zero stars if possible. Went to this place because it had great reviews for passports. Gave them the picture dimensions, but they still got it wrong (they didn’t measure properly and cut it poorly). Went back to have them fix it and they were initially willing to print it out and re-do it (after a bit of back and forth because they didn’t understand how they got it wrong) but then started giving attitude saying that we can’t measure in front of them since there will not be a re-do allowed. In the end, they still cut it poorly and the pictures couldn’t be used. It was a waste of my time and money. This is such a late review!! This place literally saved me. I was hired by a company in Japan and needed a passport photo for Japan (the size is different from a US passport). I went to so many places -- Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid - and none of them had the size and dimensions I needed for the Japanese passport. I found Rainbow Photos and they customized the photo size to exactly what I needed for the Japanese passport photo! If you ever need custom-sized photos for something, don't waste your time going anywhere else, definitely come here!! And the people here were so kind and nice as well. This place is slow, rude, and unprofessional. They make rude comments and have an unfriendly attitude. I saw that they were busy so I decided to pay first and come pick up my photos later to reduce the traffic. I asked how long my wait time will be and they literally just shoved my receipt back to me and ignored my question. Once I came back, they didn’t even begin working on my photos.
