Labcorp — Local services in New York

I made an online appointment last Saturday for routine blood work. I showed up early for my appointment waited 20 minutes and was told they don't do blood work on Saturday, only Covid 19 Testing. Then why did the system allow an online appointment to be made? I then made an appointment online for Monday. I showed up early checked in at their automated Kiosk scanners and was confirmed and told to take a seat. It was so crowded I stood. I waited over an hour with an appointment in a crowded waiting room watching walk in's being served before me. I saw that my name was at the top of the TV monitor list as an appointment. I got on line to speak to the receptionist Jasmine and asked her why I haven't been seen with an appointment after waiting over an hour? She said I wasn't in the system. I said then why have I been at the top of the digital list for over 30 minutes and why did I get a confirmation text saying I'm checked in? This is the worst lab ever ! Be aware they lose your lab work, when you go to your doctor there is nothing to review because they do not report it . I took my mother on August 21, staff was helpful and friendly , the nurse drew blood and we went our way, today September 6 , went to the doctor to get the lab results and nothing! No lab report. Shameful. I will be reporting it to the health department. It upsets me so much, my mother is 82yrs old and her veins are hard to find and she suffers so much because of this. I was a little worried since there are many negative reviews, however I had a pleasant experience. I scheduled my appointment online, checked in with the kiosk and about 5 min later got called by the front desk and gave her the Dr's order. I immediately got called to get my labs done. The front desk girl was really nice and so was the girl that drew my blood. I didn't even take 30 min for the entire visit. Some days may be busier than others and people may have negative things to say, however I think we should also give credit when credit is due. Thank you for a...
