Incredibly rude experience. It was my first time coming to this location on 8/27. Its funny for an entrance door so close to the register you'd think the staff would greet those that walk in. Anyway I wait in line while there is only one staff member helping two people back and forth between registers which is fine i get being understaffed. The person in front of me finishes her interaction and I step forward and wait. For some reason, the staff member must have been bothered that I stepped forward because he instantly told me he was helping someone else because she was there first and if dropping off. I can scan it myself. I had no idea what that meant because I didn't know ups, did that. There's so many other phrases that he could have used instead of making it seem that I was skipping the line and talking to me like i was a child for stepping forward. I only moved because I was SO close to the door that anyone coming in could hit me. Which is why I moved forward. To add to it, he also spoke to the woman behind me even ruder way, which made me think he was really sweet to the two young ladies that were in front of us.But then treated the rest of us like shit since we were dropping.
I proceed to walk to the scanner and use it, and he's still repeating the same phrase to me as if i'm a idiot. I literally had to tell him that " I got it Thanks" because of how many times he was saying it. The receipt must have gotten jammed because it wouldn't rip off and it seemed like it bothered him that he had to come and help me rip off the receipt, when I asked where do I place the package he took the package and chucked it on the table.
I understand working at UPS isnt the most glamorous thing in the world. But it felt like this employee really was giving "selective service".

Read moreThis was my first time ever going to this UPS store since I just moved to the area. I was greeted by Bryan. All I can say is amazing customer service! I had to ship out a few boxes to my daughter in California and he made the whole process super easy. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. What stood out the most was that he actually asked me if I wanted to insure the packages or add a signature which I’ve never had someone at UPS do before. Usually, they just tell me the price and that’s it. Bryan really made me feel confident about sending my daughters stuff from this location. And his nails? Don’t even get me started they’re amazing. And his coworker Genesis was also such a sweetheart. She helped me fix my Amazon return which I had accidentally set up for Whole Foods instead of UPS. I’m not that great with technology but she walked me through it without making me feel bad or embarrassed. Honestly I was surprised by how great the service was here. Bryan & Genesis also told me about the mailbox services they offer and with packages being stolen at my building lately, I’m definitely planning to come back and open one here. I’d feel much better knowing my stuff is safe at the UPS Store. When I came in, there was a long line like 10 people but Bryan & Genesis handled it so fast and kept things moving. Read moreUpdate: Paul was courteous and friendly and even knew other customers by name. He greeted them when they came into the store. He was confident, knew his stuff, and worked quickly. The process to ship three packages was seamless. He thanked me for my business and wished me a great weekend. He made me feel that my business was/is important. Other businesses could learn something from how this store operates. Five stars again for a visit on March 17, 2023 in the morning.

I've used this location for years and have always been very happy with the customer service. The women and men working at this location are well trained, friendly and work to move the lines along. I've used services ranging from shipping, returns, copying, faxing, packing and shipping, and the in-store computer. Even when the lines are long, sometimes because of the return of Amazon packages during the pandemic and holidays, employees work to multi-task to move everyone in and out. The personable attitude of the staff and how knowledgeable they are points to the training and influence of the owner who is locally based and wants his store and his employees to thrive and customers to be happy.
