Worst customer experience Iâve ever had in a shop. The store manager literally threw us out of his shop!
We were coming back after having bought a pairs of sneakers for my husband, and realizing that they had charged us for a pair of Airmax 95, instead of Airmax 90. Already pretty annoying, letâs say mistakes happen. The manager refunded the difference, but after bad surprise number 1, came bad surprise number 2: they charge $190 for that pair of Nike, instead of $145 in a Nike store in Broadway. Thatâs crazy!! While I fully understand the need to have a margin as an independent store, a âŹ45 price difference is insane. We asked for a refund and this is when the manager literally started shouting at us.
I see in the comments that exactly the same thing happened to another client last year, and similarly the manager became very aggressive and asked them to step out of the store. Iâve never seen this before anywhere, and Iâm shocked that this could happen particularly in New York where customer service is generally impeccable.

All they do in our house when Iâm home from school is talk about how amazing, fashionable, kind, helpful, and hilarious Edward is. I went with them today for the first time, and everything they said was an understatement. Edward is the most beyond amazing sales associate and human ever. He is so brilliant with his fashion sense - he took one look at me and knew exactly what styles would look the best on me and exactly what sizes I needed everything in. I typically hate shopping and am extremely picky, but I bought almost every piece he brought to me, and had the most pleasant shopping experience of my life. I have to add a new review, because 2 days after my last purchase in tuesday 22 May 2024, I found that a cardigan I bought was not in my bag. I was afraid someone had stolen it, but I came back to Blue & Cream to ask if I had left my purchase there.
