BODYROK Meatpacking — Local services in New York

Disappointed. Bodyrok doesn’t have a phone number that you can call. And when I email them, they either never responded or responded too late so that I just missed my class. I emailed them this week about switching to a same day class, and it took them hours to respond and said it would charge me a rebooking fee. I’ve never had such rebooking fee before since any other studios/places would love to switch it without any fees. But I understand if they need to charge me so I said okay. But then I’ve never heard back from them…I’m really confused about not having a phone number for...

WARNING: you will get random credit card charges from BodyRok if you are not careful and check your statements frequently. This has happened to me 5+ times now, I have a membership but their team will slip in charges for classes here and there "by accident" but you can't resolve it with their team because there is no phone number to call, only an email. Team is not helpful, and usually have to resolve with the bank rather than the BodyRok team. Do better - unfortunately close to cancelling my membership entirely as I cannot...

I had a great experience at Bodyrok Meatpacking today. The studio was sleek, and taking the 6:30 AM class was the perfect way to start my day…before I stuff my face with turkey tomorrow for Thanksgiving!!
