Yankees Clubhouse — Local services in New York

Employee name is (I believe this is how you spell her name) . Extremelyyyyyyy rude to customer. Gave attitude to us when we asked her to check the price for us. We ended up buying a hat from the store. The one she placed in the bag had defected stitching in the front so we requested for her to replace it with another hat that is same type/model. She then gave us attitude and said “it’s the sameeeeeee!!!” Then we told her that we would like to replace it with another one on the shelf. For some bizarre reason, she refused to do so and kept repeating in an extremely irritated tone that it’s the same. We told her that there is some small stitching defect but she gave us trouble despite the fact that we want to buy the hat and we have the right to pick whatever one we want. She then threw the everything on the counter and went to grab the manager. Manager was nice and agreed with us that customer can pick whatever one they want as they are all for sale. She then got more upset that the manager sided with us and when checking out, she threw the receipt and hat into the bag as though we were begging for the item. I have never seen anyone that caused such trouble for something so simple. Her attitude has been horrible the entire time so not sure why this store is willing to hire...

I purchased a shirt today and it was priced at &40. The cashier / manger rang me up and charged me $41.99. I questioned it and she said it was the tax. I said no, because the shirt was less than &110. She was adamant that some Nike shirts are charged the tax, which makes no sense. When I got my receipt, it showed that the price of the shirt was $41.99 and no tax. She lied to me and then tried to say that the shirt was priced incorrectly. There must of been at least 20 shirts hanging there. The manager did not know her merchandise and was pretty incompetent. If you decide to purchase anything in the store, check what they are charging you. I will not go to...

First visit to NYC and this was my last stop just to check out all the cool merch. The system was down at this store and they were temporarily closed. My man Timothy let me in anyway and we had a great convo about all things NYC and baseball. Forget some of the junk you read about rude and brash New Yorkers.
