It’s designed for quick service and meal, simple sparse, no tipping any service people, it’s fast food. The legendary 7th street burger was lost at this location. Have they grown too fast?, did they train the staff how to ensure the quality of the 7th street burger name? The location was perfect for me, since I live 3 blocks away, I didn’t go on the first day, waited till they are ready for prime time burgers for the neighborhood already with many top burgers restaurants. With a limited menu options it was easy to just pick the item you want to stay or to go, the cashier dude looked like he worked at the many weed store that popped up all over the city. No nonsense, surly, attitude filled demeanor, the best representation of 7th street, Avenue B. NYC. He could be selling you anything, except a burger experience. My burger was very steamy, wet, soggy. Not the smash style that is the 7th street burger identity. The fries was inconsistent, some fries was done better than others in my order, seem lit was a mixed batch of fries, not fresh not older but not the same fries to container. Some hot, some room temperature, some sad. Mostly just not the price of admission. Emily pizza down the block had a better burger than the burger place known for exceptional burgers in NYC. Hopefully management will do spot check and see how the location has been doing. So far not the experience of the namesake. Harlem Shake, also a few blocks away is the best of all the newcomers in Park...
Read morecame here via a new location promotion. a cheeseburger + fries can solve most of your problems…and 7th Street Burgers steps in with answers hot off the grill and the fryer. 7th Street’s newest spot in Park Slope takes your mind off the grueling daily grind with a simple menu of burgers and fries. enjoyed a double cheeseburger — two burger patties smashed down with onions, American cheese melting and gluing to the potato buns plus throw in pickles & the house sauce makes for a satisfying calorie bomb. the French fries are some well-done carbs— golden brown crispy thick fries with right amount of salt + Heinz ( the GOAT ketchup) is always a winner. top it all off with a Mexican Coke ftw…and 7th Burger has got the comfort food groups down to a science. the interior is super clean and brightly lit. there is a raised ledge for standing & eating your burgers and fries but the location is very much grab-n-go (there are so many outdoor public places in the area— SO don’t be afraid to take it to go & al fresco it up). the service is super-friendly and down-to-earth…burgers are made to order (so it’s not fast food per se), but orders do come out fairly quickly given the lines that 7th Street Burger generates during...
Read moreThis was my first trying 7th Street Burger. Nice addition to Parkslope neighborhood. Cheeseburgers are pretty solid. The cheeseburger consists of a smash pattie with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and house sauce sitting on a martin potato bread. The burger was tasty, especially with the house sauce. I will suggest to double up on the pattie if you're hungry. The single pattie is really thin. Fries are golden and crispy. The Mexican cokes are nice and cold.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nice and chilled vibes here. Cashier Emilio was very attentive. There is only one bench to sit and wait for your food. Basically, it is a grab and go location. However, there is a ledge where you can stand and eat your food. I loved how airy and bright this location is. Hand sanitizer, napkins, and a bucket full of ketchup are displayed at the raised ledge. Bottle openers are mounted on the wall.
Overall, this location is serving up some good burgers. Amazing location! The price on these burgers is reasonable. There is an impossible burger on the menu for those...
