Initially We talked to a guy named Robert, We didn’t have any problems with him - He was nice and very accomodating with Our requests like setup of the tables and chairs, He even said setup time was flexible/adjusted upon request so We’re all good and at ease with the process. But then came and unfortunately We’re caught in the middle of transition of management which We’re not aware of - The New President and in charge of the place is “PAT”(female) Our initial interaction with her was not really pleasant, She’s not really friendly. She didn’t give us the setup time flexibility that was promised by Robert, so We only have two hours to setup the big place - Our setup time was 11am to 1pm(start of event), so We have to scramble setting up and felt so pressured and end up finishing the set up around 2pm with guests coming already, I’m so embarassed! And there’s this other guy(bald headed guy), I don’t know what his role there but He is very rude and condescending towards my friends and I don’t like him. So come the start of the event, both Pat and Bald guy is hovering the place with their smirk and unfriendly faces around the event place checking on us like Party Police which made us very uncomfortable, bald guy was even rude with Our Pastor with his request of a pulpit that was present there. Pat even rudely confronted My wife about confettis(its in the contract, no confettis) But in Our case its confettis inside balloons which Kids popped so its indirect and not Our intention to break what was in the contract and We promised to clean it up which We did. After the event, most of My friends confirmed that those two are very rude so you know I’m not making stories. Overall, place was nice and very big, there’s parking, there are two common restroom(which they put one out of order mysteriously), there’s an open bar too. With regards to Pat and bald guy, they have no business running a client based establishment, or they need to take a course on how to interact with your clients. So you’ve been warned and...

DON'T EVER rent from this place in your life! You will live to regret it! The nightmare began 1 week before the party. There are many negative aspects to this place. One they have a liquor license, and they do not provide the client to have the option of an open bar for their event that they are planning to have there, they run by a tab basis which runs out within an hour. Secondly, they claim that they charge five dollars per domestic beer and liquor drinks, which was a lie they charged more on the day of the event talk about gouging prices. They only give you an hour before the event to decorate the place. I hired a décor company to come and decorate the place. They gave them hell and told them I could not do this and that. They treated the place as if it was the Ritz Carlton. The banquet manager Pat and her husband Willie are very unprofessional.While we were on the phone with the décor company ,they even resulted to using curse words at us about what we can and can not do with the place which was ridiculous. The décor company that I had hired needed more time to set the event up. Pat stated that they would charge $125 per each additional hour aside from the hour they give you. She was monitoring the event and made people feel very uncomfortable up until it was time to leave. They even disrespected the décor companies merchandise by throwing the table and chair covers on the floor and placed their centerpieces on floor. It WAS HELL, DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM! They have extremely nasty attitudes and make you feel like they are doing you a favor when you are paying them. They do not even try to compromise with you. They were ignorant and very obnoxious.
