So I go into Five Below on my lunch break , just to kill some time and look at what’s new . Immediately eyes are on me by the security guard. I pick up three items and head to self checkout. I scan all items , pay , and get my items in a bag. The bag rips so I take it to the trash and grab another bag. While doing all this , there is a group of WHITE kids also at self checkout next to me. I put my items in the new bag , grab my receipt and start to head to the elevator since the escalator was not working. While waiting for the elevator I’m approached by the employee who was next to self checkout. She said my card didn’t go through so I follow her and tell her I wasn’t at the kiosk she’s pointing at and I have my receipt in my hand. The WHITE kids were the ones who didn’t pay and ran up the broken escalator . Instead of making a scene , I head to the elevator and back to work. Read moreI had such a wonderful experience at the Five Below store, and I want to give a special shout-out to Gina, Gary, and Ava. While the entire staff was fantastic, these three employees truly went above and beyond to help me.
I was fulfilling an Instacart order and wasn’t familiar with where anything was, except for the candy aisle. In most stores, when you ask for help, associates usually just point in a general direction. But Gina, Gary, and Ava did something extraordinary: they took the time to walk me over to the products and show me exactly where everything was.
When I needed about five Fidget Spinners, Gina even went to the back to grab some for me! That level of care and effort is the kind of customer service the world needs more of. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
Thank you, Gina, Gary, and Ava, for making my shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. You are shining examples of excellent...
Read moreBoth escalators were out. The one elevator was filthy, poorly lit and in need of maintenance: the cabin shaked and rattled a bit between floors. The Five Below, located o. Below Five would do better at improving the failed manner and environment in which they service their customers. Because it is a discounted store does not give way to discounted customer service and failing apparatus for customers to be subjected to. Thank you,...
