I ordered a bed frame and 2 night stands. One of the night stand came cracked. The salesmen sent us a new one. When I went to check the new one. The wood was cracked and chipped in a couple of places. The other salesmen proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for picking our cheap furniture and this is the quality I should expect. He then proceeded to scream at my mom that it was her fault. All the furniture has chips and dents and that this is an expectation in the furniture industry. He said that we owe him money for sending a new nightstand. He then went on to tell me that this is brand new and I needed to pay him despite the wood being chipped and cracked.
