i am a proud customer of carver federal savings bank. my personal banker is Salvatore Carrella. he changed my perspective of personal bankers and made me really appreciate and value their expertise. I feel great knowing i can call the bank and ask for Mr.Carrella , if he is busy he will get back to you shortly. The main thing i love about this guy, is that he will have everything done that you asked. I had some charges that i need blocked and reversed. Mr.Carrella always calls me with the task handled or waiting to be completed if he needs something from me. I must also give thanks to the entire staff every one is polite , professional and positive. I dont get the usual stares as if i'm going to rob the bank like in Manhattan. When I came in for assistance with a transaction, he outright refused to help meānot because it was an issue with my account, but because he simply didnāt know how to do it. Rather than seeking guidance or directing me to someone who could help, he dismissed me completely.

At first he ignored me until I asked a second time and he was rude and brushed me off. I simply asked what paperwork I needed and what forms I should use to start filling out the application while I was waiting in line. He refused to give me any information and told me it would take a month before the account would be opened. Everyone else in line seemed just as frustrated at the lack of professionalism and respect at how we were treated. There are three other banks on the very same corner.
