Horrible environment. Very poor customer service and knowledge of products. Manager Princess waste of time conversing. Should put them back on commission have them worn for their wages. There's no way she can lead a store if basic common sense can't be applied. I purchased a shoe August 17,2025 the sole and lacing straps are disassembled, clear indication of dry rot. Her response is there no return on products worn. Totally inanse the sneaker culture have ruin the sneaker shopping experience. Within 5 minutes you can not judge if the sneakers is the right pair or the most comfort for you. Anyway the sneaker loose apart and I was hoping to return them or for a refund. But sneaker genius “Manager” Champs elite representative Princess failed to articulate how we can resolve this matter without me having to exposed there inferior sneakers and poor customer service. This complaint is not an isolated incident. Similar sneaker was purchase at Gateway Mall in 2024 and I have experience it falling apart....

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! 1st The head manager was extremely rude to the employees, I didn't expect less for me. I walked in the store at 10 am in the morning looking for shoes I like, the moment I made my decision they tell me they can't sell them because they have been in layaway.. after I had them in my hand, tried them on and was literally ready to pay. I left upset because it was 12 and I walked away with no shoes. They had the audacity to call me back and tell me they will give them to me for the head manager again to tell me no with the worst attitude, that they won't sell them. I believe her name was Jen, the attitude and way of speaking to a costumer as someone like me that works in retail is unnaceptable. I will never go back to this store and mainly the queens center mall location. I will like to further my complaint because I have never experienced...

I am providing 5 stars, this was my first time buying apparel from a champs store, I remained extremely pleased with my purchases. Multiple employees helped me, I received points in my account that I have with champs for my expenditure, I was satisfied with my journey here. I was stimulated, much relieved, remaining here. I shall always return, the store is clean with a lot of apparel. As soon as I entered the store, an employee approached me, helped me find some stuff within rendering a tour, I found every clothing I desired, the music was loud with awesome quality, they have a fitting room here which was big within clean, which I adored.
