Oh boy, I didn’t realize how bad a customer experience you can have from a supposedly “high” class fashion house!!
I was so delighted to be given an overnight delivery option for my perfume I ordered by phone on Feb 1st.
My delight quick turned to total disappointment when after two calls later to Chanel customer service, it was confirmed that my order will finally arrive on Monday, Feb 5th. Day 5 after I placed my order - oh yes just to recap it was supposed to be an overnight order.
I think customer care was ok but Chanel’s fulfillment team is a total let down and embarrassment!! They must have sat on my order on Feb 1 and didn’t send the order until past 3pm Central on Feb 2!! Please do not use the excuse that the payment processing took so long. This all should be completed on day 1 for an overnight...
Read moreMy wife purchased chanel mademoiselle about 5 years ago at Macy's. Recently she found she could bo longer dispense the product. Made multiple calls to chanel customer service - told something different each time. Chanel sent us a shipping label & we paid to have product shipped back to them. All to be told there are "markers" that indicate it's fake. Mind you they can't tell us what those may be. Chanel says they now need receipt or proof of purchase. Their supervisor, Heidi tells us she keeps recepts that long....we're still laughing. Called Macy's & let them know chanel is throwing them under the bus, and they don't have any way to go back that far to try and help us. Chanel needs SIGNIFICANT improvement on their customer service! For start, they could work on replying to customers’ feedback and listening to what their patrons say.
