Exquisite, elegance of an herculean epicurean experience proves the genesis and the finale of my overture to the delectable meal prepared by the over the top skills of Chef Lonnie. The tenor of his style is highly proficient, socially competent and he has the professionalism befitting his excellent training. Before each course we were told what we could anticipate tasting in order that we knew what to expect on our palates. We were savoring the flavors of inevitable superlative foods.Every sense was engaged ,The meal opened with a salad of crispy greens punctuated with radiccio, and baby arugula bathed in an earthy taste of basalmic richness and accompanied with walnuts that warmed the mouth richly with its spiciness and butternut squash to cool.It was topped with a dreamy burrata served at room temperature.Wow it was insanely incredible. The entree satiated with braised boneless beef short ribs bourguignese over decadently creamy, buttery and smooth mashed potatoes of an airy texture.Complementing the beef was an earthy, rich sauce accompanied with delicate and tender bite-size , long enokitake mushrooms that stimulated the tongue with its savory flavor and crunchy thin strands saturated by the luscious sauce.Garnishing the dish was a cool mass of verdantly delightful watercress. The closing act of the meal was further staked by complexity in taste, texture, depth and the never ending balance in flavors. These factors appeared in every dish. Bread pudding with a taste of fruitful joy and walnuts sat above a crumble with herbs to interact/ neutralize the sweet, decorative slather of caramel sauce underneath the individual puddings crowned by a dome of vanilla ice cream. The beverages included pre- dinner cocktails of Mezcal Margaritas and a fine Riesling Kabinet my favorite.I just recently saw beautiful presentations of Chef Lonnie's dishes...

I hired chef Lonnie after checking out reviews on Google for private chefs and looking at his instagram page. The occasion was my boyfriend's birthday and after reaching out to him via Instagram dm, he responded giving me details about how it works because I had never hired a private chef before. We eventually exchanged numbers to go over the plan in detail. What I loved and made it easier to book him, was that he had a spring menu on his website that I was able to go through and choose items from the menu that would be ideal for us. Even though he has the preset menu, he was sure to let me know that it doesn't have to be exactly as is, we can make adjustments or addins to suit us and what we liked; it was just an ideal guide to help make it easier in selecting meals because honestly, I had no idea what to tell him that I want prior to knowing he had the spring menu do that was a huge win for me. He wote the menu out for me and sent it over so I was able to customize it and print it out. The day of, he came on time, checked out my dining table set up, made sure everything was good and he started to prepare our food. He was friendly yet professional and we greatly appreciated his work, time and attention to detail. My boyfriend was so happy with everything and the food was so good (we were kind of fighting over whose the left overs is the next morning lol). My favorites were the mint crema, steak with the parsnip puree and asparagus, and we love avacado so he made us something with avacado cheese and crab meat (I actually don't love seafood as much and I don't eat shellfish usually) but it was soooo good that I ate it all. This first time experience was just perfect, and we loved everything from start to finish. Thanks Chef Lonnie, I really appreciate you coming, making up full and...

Chef Lonnie cooked a beautiful and amazingly delicious dinner for 2 to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. He was great from start to finish! In the planning stages he helped me chose the perfect menu, taking extra care to make sure we would be full and satisfied by the end. The meal was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of time in between to enjoy and appreciate each dish and not wait too long for the next course. He introduced and explained each dish as he served us, which made it extra special. Then he cleaned up the kitchen: counters and stove, loaded the dishwasher, and even swept and wet mopped the floor! Every detail was well thought out, beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful dinner experience and highly recommend Chef Lonnie to any and everyone interested hiring a...
