The store is pretty, is well organized, the quality relation price is uneven, but what annoys me the most is a black braided long-haired employee who answered my questions but wanted to treat me like a fool had earrings that had a blue stiker A whole rack and she told me that they were not on offer as if I did not know how to read English .... I went online and checked the location it said opened at 10.. I walked from 69th and colonial to 86th and 5th and it wasn't opening until 11.. I just needed one thing and the girl was in the store she wouldn't let me get the one thing even though I showed her that it said the store was open and that's why I walked all the way there!! She didn't care.. I understand that they weren't opened but if the website said it was open they should change that to be accurate or I should have been able to just purchase the one item that I needed that one time honestly it's not my problem that it was false...

Love their press on nail options, hair accessories, & jewelry. Staff is helpful, but usually leaves me alone unless I ask for help with piercing jewelry or have a question. I like that they aren't draped off your ankles and give you space to check out the store & offer a quick reminder of any promotions upon entry, most times. For the most part, they let you be while you explore the store. Some places want their employees to jam promos down people's throat & keep a hawk eye on you, lol. Many of us do not like that.
