Where do I even begin.... My experience at detox studio was the absolute worst! I do not recommend. I came in for colonic cleanse on 4/30/2022 I was nervous since it was my first time and I had to put the tube up my rectum myself, which was absurd. If I'm paying for a service I should be serviced professionally and exceptionally. I have never stuck anything up my rectum, regardless how would I know how far up to go, I could have damaged my rectum. I should have walked out when she told me I had to do it myself. Secondly the room was not cleaned, the "basin that is suppose to receive the fecal matter had someone else fecal matter in there, and she had the nerve to ask me if it was mine when I couldn't put the tube up my azz. The space was small, not inviting and did not have a pleasant smell. The whole time I was smelling the previous clients fecal matter that was not removed. My friend went to another place and had a completely different experience, the person was experience, knowledgeable and assisted her throughout the whole process and never left her side from start to finish. The absolute WORST experience I ever had through Groupon.

I really rarely leave reviews. But this time it’s very important to share my experience so it doesn’t happen to someone else. EBONY was SO UNPROFESSIONAL it’s sad. Whom ever hired her needs to be fired! I explained to Ebony I was uncomfortable and something didn’t feel right and she started to get an attitude with me. She rolled her eyes and made me feel like my discomfort was NOT her concern. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable because she made me feel like I was wasting her time meanwhile that is her Job. There no one else in the office so it’s not like she was busy with other clients. She looks a high school student in training I can’t believe Megan allows her to do Colon cleansing. It’s very sad I drove 1 hour to go to this place because of the reviews. Ebony really needs to get her act together and Learn what it means to be PROFESSIONAL!! Megan, Send that girl back to school to be retrained! I work in Customer service and I wouldn’t dare roll my eyes and get a attitude with someone who is telling you they are not comfortable! Not sure if i can add no zero start but minus 10 would be!!! I dont review much but stay away from this spa. They never picked the phone . I was literally inside the sauna room calling 3 times, hearing her outloud chit chating but not answering calls… Not to mention the same person who answering calls, like 20 minutes before my time ends banging the door to tell me time is out lmao!! this place is a joke 😂 After rushing me out like im going to stay … they asked me to sign consent , the consent that was supposed to be sent and signed before the client get in . It is not very hard to email a consent form but it seems easier to open the door while the client is in the room to let her know times out 20 minutes before !? You guys are jokes never again!
