This was the ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS ever.. This was my first experience with this establishment. I made a groupon purchase prior to me calling to schedule an appointment by phone. I spoke with the receptionist informing him that I wanted a couple’s 60 minute massage. He gave me a price of $118.00 I agreed as I was scheduled me 6/17/19 at 4:30pm. Upon my arrival at 4:25pm he requested a form of payment. The moment I pulled my phone out, he was annoyed and told me I should’ve told him I had a groupon. He went to the back of the spa then returned stating that HE WAS CLOSED bc I had a groupon. He then directed to a signs on the door which WAS CLOSED on Mondays.. I asked for accommodations which I was declined. If I would’ve pulled out $118.00 he would’ve rendered the services.. He’d rather lose a customer for a $ 17.00 difference. I wasted my time, my gas, and had paid for the Couple Services through Groupon. I decided to go back inside to gather the owner’s information. Once I got back inside, he was in the phone with the police, so I decided to pull up a chair until they arrived. THEY ARE HORRIBLE .. He made it seem as if I was an African American whom came into his establishment to scheme his company. He told the police that I was con artist and didn’t want to pay the money. He also stated that I wasn’t welcome back to their establishment as if I’d ever return. JUST DISGUSTING... Bottom line is if you have Groupon they are not interested they ONLY use GROUPON as an outlet to GATHER NEW PEOPLE. CASH a will get immediate services while groupon customers get pushed out a week.....
Read more2nd experience: I decided to treat my mother to a massage and bought a gift card. I set up the appointment with no problem. My mom shows up the day of only to realize they will not honor the gift card (was purchased a few months from the date booked). My hard earned money wasted since gift card was not accepted. This is truly disheartening. I won't ever return here and have advised my family to steer clear of this place. I tried to address with the receptionist over the phone but this issue was never resolved, nor did I get my money back. I'm very disappointed.
1st experience: She was very kind and provided me with a good deep tissue massage. However I waited a while to be greeted when I first came into the shop (I believe she was finishing up a massage which is fine). But during my massage someone came in and she left me to tend to them. I understand customer service is important and can be difficult to juggle at times but it would be best if there was another person at the front desk to handle walk ins or other situations that can interrupt massages already...
Read moreI went through a Groupon with my mother. I had bought it for her and her boyfriend but he has been sick so I drove from NYC to take my mother. It was an expired voucher but it states CLEARLY in the Groupon right next to the voucher that I may still use it or use the dollars I paid as credit even if it is expired. I made an appointment a month in advance because their masseuses were out for holiday. I gave them my voucher number over the phone. I arrived 30 min early, and gave them my voucher. They would not accept it. I showed them the print on the app that says I can still use it. The woman at the counter kept proclaiming she couldn’t. She then rudely yelled at me saying that there was a customer in the back. I looked at her and said I was a customer and deserved better customer service. She told me to leave. I have NEVER been treated so poorly She didn’t offer to call her boss. She didn’t give me any other options. This business is based off service of which they have very little respect for. NEVER...
