CVS — Local services in New York

The staff who work at this location are genuinely the best. So thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. They even spend their own money on dog treats so that they can give them out to all the neighborhood dogs, which my dog happens to be a very big fan of. The store is always clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Plus, there's never a line to check out and the self-serve machines always work. This is not the case at other CVS locations, especially in the city! Sometimes I go in just to chat with members of the staff because they are such wonderful humans. 10/10 recommend this location!

I also want to note that I saw the review from an anonymous person regarding Chanukah candles. While I'm sorry that this person had a poor experience, I want to assure people that I was easily able to buy candles for Chanukah...

I had my doctor send the prescription on Friday to this location as it was close to my work. When I arrrived, they didn't have my medication in stock and told me to come back on Wednesday.

I come to this pharmacy during my work day inbetween my back to back meetings, and they tell me they were out of stock for the rest of the month. Apparently, they did not even leave a note when I stopped by last week especially since I didn't have a file with them.

THEN WHY DID THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK?? WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME THE STEPS I NEEDED TO TAKE BEFOREHAND? I have to travel the next day and would not come back until next week. Wasted my time.

I would like to add that it was the SAME pharmacist and person at the counter from when I came...

I absolutely hate this CVS , I go when I have no choice and it’s last resort. Every thing is locked. Juice, water, soap, ice cream, spray scents, medicine. Literally everything! Might as well have an associate join you once you walk in while you shop because you will need one. Pricing on shelves never matches pricing when scanned and they will argue with you about it instead of fixing it for you. The shelf price should be correct that’s someone’s job, if the sale ended two days ago it shouldn’t still be up and if so honor your pricing. Change this store to target please! something else because it’s truly horrible as well at the staff so rude...
