I started in March when I read an influencer testimonial. I've always loved dance. But I'm not flexible and I'm not coordinated. Also as a mom of two small kids my body just lacked the stamina.
Since March I have lost 18 lbs and inches from my stomach. Prior to this I had tried: orange theory, soul cycle, HIIT, Pilates, you name it. None of those had worked. But this work out just works. I went from a mom bod to a hot nanny bod hahaha.
I've noticed that during the pandemic this has helped me stay positive, be accountable and feel part of a community.. there is a class for all levels, don't feel daunted.

If you are easily bored by the same workout routine. When you take Dancebody classes, you are not just learning the steps, which change every 3 months.
