My husband and I booked the 45 min carriage ride online for a designated time. We were told to be there 10 mins early which we did. We texted the driver once we arrived. Our scheduled time had come and still no driver. We texted the driver, Yago to inquire & let him know we where waiting, again. He texted back and stated he was still out on a ride and would be there to pick us up asap. He arrived 10 mins after the scheduled start time, the ride wasn’t quite 30 long. A vehicle was parked with a driver sitting inside of it & blocking a section of the street where our driver wanted to pull up. That frustrated Yago our driver. He stood up on the carriage and begin yelling & cursing at the driver inside the parked car which was really a huge disappointment. I felt very disrespected as a customers with cursing considering we paid over $300 for a 45 min ride which did not include a tip which my husband provided.

My daughter and I booked the Christmas Lights Carriage Ride as part of my 51st birthday trip to NYC and the experience far surpassed our expectations! Our carriage driver Ibrahim communicated with us ahead of time with directions on where to meet, and was friendly and professional throughout our ride. He did a fantastic job of pointing out places of interest and answering any questions we had. Seeing the beautiful holiday lights and windows from the carriage was really a magical experience, especially as we approached Saks Fifth Avenue just as their light show began and again for a brief stop for a photo with the Rockefeller Center Tree as a backdrop.

We purchased the 45 min carriage ride through Groupon. They were so polite, responsive and accommodating when we rescheduled the ride and even we had a mix up on the day we were rescheduled for! Bashir was super nice when we were running late and trying to find him. He was very polite and informative throughout. Told us many tidbits about various sites at the park. Stopped twice to take pics of us with my phone. Spoke perfect English, but had a nice accent. He was the ONLY driver (out of many at the park) who was dressed up - even wore a top hat! We enjoyed the ride tremendously! I highly recommend this for couples and maybe even for families.

We booked a carriage ride online (which was very easy to do) and was a bit cheaper than the competitor for our first family trip to NYC. We had our two kids (ages 9 and 3) and our small dog with us. It was definitely worth the expense! What a neat way to experience the beautiful park and we lucked out with sunny (but chilly) weather. We booked an 11:30 ride and our driver (John) sent us a couple of texts to coordinate the pickup location and answered a couple of questions we had. Very responsive and punctual. We ran a few minutes late but he was very understanding and laid back. John took us through the southernmost loop of the Park up to the boathouse area and the fountains, Strawberry fields, etc and my family and I had a great time. He gave us all the historical facts (I really appreciated that!) and even told us which spots were famous film locations. My daughter loved the story that John told us about the Balto statue (she kept talking about it during our trip). He gave us lots of great history which we wouldn’t have had if we just walked or biked around ourselves. He stopped and took a couple of pics of us on the carriage as well which was great. It was definitely worth the expense for anyone looking to take in the sights and relax a bit while learning more about Central Park and the city. I highly recommend John and the...

My wife and I booked a Christmas light tour for Christmas Eve. We were expecting an enchanting evening full of beautiful holiday decorations, and our driver Ugur and his beautiful horse Angelina did not disappoint!!! Ugur was very friendly, pointed out all of the popular areas in Central Park and nearby that any visitor would like to hear about - he also has a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. Angelina led us through busy, light clad streets with ease and comfort. We had a nice clean warm blanket to cozy up with, and Ugur offered to take our photo in front of the beautiful scene at Rockefeller. It was also obvious that he really cared for his horse, Angelina, and allowed us to feed her some goodies after our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience, and are grateful that we chose Eco Central Park Tours to show us all that the city has to offer in the way of magic and whimsy. Thank you, Ugur and...
