Don't get me wrong, the place is very clean, nice, inviting. I booked with Michael as I saw his cuts were very clean and my sister's wedding is coming up. Ended up leaving with the worst hair-cut I've ever gotten. No joke, and I've gotten cuts at Great Clips. Honestly surprised at how poorly it was cut. If you want anything more than a fade, beard line up, or if you have medium to long hair and want a decent scissor cut, don't book with Michael. Great guy but he really just needs more experience. Talked about what I wanted, showed some pictures. He basically just buzzed my entire sides and back and then cut the hair in my front. Honestly I thought he was pranking me or something. The beard was looking nice, and when he got to the scissors I closed my eyes. I opened them and behold, Michael gave me a five-head. Genuinely it's hard to mess up this bad. I think he knew the damage he did as he left quickly after finishing the cut. Didn't even finish doing my beard in the middle, had to go home and finish it myself. Paid $90+ for this experience and had to wait 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time. I am extremely disappointed with his lack of professionalism and experience. I would like a refund or at least for Michael to show some humility or work on his craft. Talks big for the experience he really has. No offense to Michael, just genuinely trying to help anyone who just wants a decent haircut. Should've paid me $90 to get this haircut. Even that...
