For customer service, not quality of their products. I came down there last week looking to buy 1 men's Shearling coat, 1 woman's fur coat and men's shearling vest. I Came down prepared to spend $9000 in cash for items of good quality. I walk into the empty store and received no greeting, I looked around for 10 minutes still no "May I help you with something". I asked about a coat that I had texted about the day before and was told to come down it was plenty available. When I tried to tried to try on the coat I was looking for I was told it was a customers, so I walked out. In closing I did find what I wanted from another store in the area.
