我对这家超市的处理方式感到极度失望和愤怒!前段时间 我的家人在超市购物时,竟然被一名员工无故诬陷偷窃。这名员工在没有证据的情况下,直接拦住了我的家人,并当众指责她偷东西。这种毫无根据的指控让我的家人感到极度羞辱和愤怒,尤其是在众目睽睽之下,周围的人都投来异样的眼光,对她的心理造成了严重的伤害。
更令人无法接受的是,经理在介入后,花了超过半个小时查看监控,却迟迟没有给出任何解释或道歉。直到我报警,警察到场后,经理才匆匆赶来,最终确认我的家人是无辜的,在我们要求下 员工道歉。然而,这种迟来的道歉根本无法弥补已经造成的伤害。
超市的员工在没有证据的情况下随意诬陷顾客,这种行为不仅不负责任,更是对顾客尊严的严重侵犯。作为一家经常光顾的超市,我们从未想过会遭遇如此不公正的对待。这种毫无根据的指控和恶劣的处理方式,让我们对这家超市彻底失去了信任。 我们不会再光顾这家超市,也希望其他顾客能够引以为戒。
I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the way this supermarket handled the situation today! While my family member was shopping, an employee falsely accused her of stealing without any evidence. The employee stopped her in her tracks and publicly accused her of theft in front of other shoppers. This baseless accusation caused immense humiliation and anger, especially as bystanders stared and judged the scene. The psychological harm this caused is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when the manager got involved, it took over half an hour to review the surveillance footage, during which no explanation or apology was offered. It wasn’t until I called the police and they arrived that the manager finally showed up, confirmed my family member’s innocence, and with demands the employee apologize. However, this belated apology does little to undo the damage that was already done.
It is utterly irresponsible for an employee to falsely accuse a customer without proof. This kind of behavior is a severe violation of a customer’s dignity. As regular shoppers, we never expected to be treated so unfairly. The lack of evidence and the poor handling of the situation have completely shattered our trust in this supermarket. We will not be returning to this store, and I hope other customers take this...
