Horrible! Only one staff member speaks English so communicating what you want, will be near impossible! It took the struggling staff member over 7 hours to do island twist! 4 days later twist began to unravel and hair fell out, clearly an indication she had no idea what she was doing. I call the staff member that spoke English to redo my hair and when I got there she was no where in sight. I call and she send my call to voice mail. Wow!
