Hi, I want to preface this review by saying that I frequently order from this restaurant and had issues with wrong orders in the past. But I usually just let it be. Today, I ordered a create your own açai bowl. When I opened the package I realized that it was a pitaya bowl with completely different ingredients than what ordered. I decided to give the restaurant a call and when I addressed the issue with the worker she was very dismissive. She stated that the fruit bowl "lady" probably did not know how to read the ingredients on the order. It was a pitaya bowl with bananas, blueberries, chia seeds and who knows what else. This is very unsafe especially if someone has a food allergy.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and went to sit down, not realizing the chair was broken. I fell hard onto the floor and injured my hand. What shocked me the most was that not a single staff member checked on me, asked if I was okay, or even acknowledged what happened. Other customers helped me up. After looking around, we saw that 3 out of the 4 chairs at our table were broken. That’s completely unacceptable and a serious safety risk. I’m extremely disappointed with both the lack of safety and the lack of basic human decency from the staff. I won’t be returning.

Got basic bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and bagel with cream cheeses. The bagels were so hard. They also ask to pick your cheese option, I picked America, thinking it would be yellow, it was white. They should really specify that. What a buzzkill to want to eat something and then get it and it's straight up trash. Will never order from here again

The 4.5 is for the smoothies and juices. The food is a no for me, at least the two meals I ordered. The smoothies and juices are great though! I like that the smoothies are thick and packed with fruit unlike other places where I order a smoothie yet somehow still end up with a watery drink. From what I can tell both smoothies and juices are made with 100% fruit and no added sugars unless you specify it.

Juices: Passion Juice(My favorite :) it almost reminds me of a healthy colada because of the pineapple and slight foam on top and the reason why I wrote this review) Smoothies: peachy Mango, Mango Tango, Sunrise Tropical, Green Detox. (I usually skip the Banana though.)

I ordered via Uber Eats from this place several times. The food is always good! I had an incident earlier this week where an uber driver delivered my food to the wrong apartment. After working things out with Uber, I reordered my food and asked the staff if they could help me in reminding the driver to drop the food off at the right location. Upon receiving my receipt, I read a little note written from one of the staff that they informed the driver of my request. I just wanted to thank them so much for their kindness. I recently had surgery which makes it hard to move around so this helped tremendously! I will continue ordering from...
