Review update: I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience with this tire shop still triggers me.

After getting a flat tire late at night in the rain, I called a tow truck company that offered a package deal for towing and tire repair if I went to their recommended shop. Once I got to the shop, they took my tire to a back room and wouldn’t let me see the repair. I had already paid the tow driver for both the tow and the repair, but after the driver left, the mechanic told me they couldn’t fix my tire because the damage was on the sidewall. I asked them to just put on my spare, but they got annoyed and charged me extra, even though I had already paid for a repair. On top of that, they misplaced my OEM tire cap and had the nerve to ask for a tip. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I left feeling completely ripped off. Even now, I still feel taken advantage of…

I would definitely not recommend anyone to come here. My left rear tire was flat. I asked for them to patch it. He said it was leaking air. The tire needed to be changed. I asked how much would it cost to change it. He said 100 dollars I told them I had been here before and they changed 4 tires and 200 dollars Isn't that a high price for just one wheel? I said. He started to speak disrespectfully. I didn't respond. Of course, I know how to respond and keep his mouth shut, but I said let's keep that courtesy. When you negotiate the price, you say that's it, that's it, instead, there's no need to speak disrespectfully. I said don't change it. I said just patch it. He said it's ready after the patch is done. When I asked for the receipt, he spoke disrespectfully again and muttered to himself And I didn't want to say anything again. They have no problem with satisfying the customer. They only look at money. They have zero tolerance. Their faces are sullen My advice to all friends reading this comment is to go to those who really work, who welcome with tolerance and who satisfy...

Please be careful, for those who don't know about tires this review is for you. I had a flat tire and i went to this tire shop to get it patched up. They took the tire to the back ( where you can't really see what they are doing) they put the wheel in water to see where the problem is ( common tactic) however what you don't see is them pinching the side of the tire so it would be no good for use. And basically put you in a position to buy another tire. How did i find out?. I took my wheel to 5 tire shops to get 5 different opinions. All 5. Said the same thing.... it was pinched by a person And 1 actually confessed, this is a common tactic to make money... so for future reference. Never let them take your tire in a place where you cant go.. if there is a no enter sign don't walk in. Went in for a patch $10 ended up paying $ 60 for a used tire... To sum it all up i called the cops, they recommended me to call better business bureau. I hope this review...
