Customer of two years here; I usually go in for small stuff like oil changes and minor issues. Came in one other time to install lowering springs. I always came back. They were great to work with up until they recently damaged my car. On 1/7/2021, the mechanic present (Albin), incorrectly put my car onto the lift: the lift arms dug into my rocker panels, causing damage not only to the wrap but the panel itself. After seeing the damage, I came back to the shop with the hopes of resolving the issue. Although they offered to repair the damage at one of their other shops, I refused as I no longer trusted their service. I called Mr. Azad notifying him of my refusal of his offer and that I was instead going to call insurance if he refused to pay for my repair at a body shop that I trust. During the entirety of the conversation I was met with condescending and rude behavior as he repeatedly called me a "small man"/"child" and that "I should be happy" simply because he was offering to repair my car at another of his shops and getting increasingly angry every time I declined his offer. He even shockingly asked me what would happen if I broke my leg and "who would repair it". While I can chuck it up to being a poor analogy, I did not find it amusing as much as I found it as a threat. I went back again on 1/13/2021 to show the estimate I was quoted for, but nothing came from the conversation other than the strong insistence that I go to his shop. Mr. Azad continually refuses to cooperate with his customer and keeps pressuring me on his service (something that I am uncomfortable doing). Because of this I've decided to escalate the situation and contact insurance. This incident also doesn't cover the fact that I had paid for an O2 sensor defouler at the shop for $75 and Albin, the mechanic, tried to keep the purchased item after I decided to remove it off of my car.
If you don't care about your car then they are your perfect business to go to. Otherwise hightail it to the numerous other auto shops that are around the neighborhood and save yourself...
Read moreWill not recommend. Put $100 down payment towards parts. Made me wait three weeks to make an appoint for the repair because they are always busy. The third week I finally got an appointment there to get my car fixed and they said they never ordered the part. I have a busy schedule so I asked for my money back since they never ordered the part, yet they refused. Then they told me they don't remember taking my 100 dollars and no record of it either. Asked me to come back again to figure it out. Their staff says that it's my problem because I do not want to go back there again and again to get it fixed. I also found out later from another mechanic that the part they told me need fixed is not what's wrong with the car and at the same time they intentionally ripped apart another hose that was fine before I took it there. Basically, out of pocket $100 dollars and lost a lot of time. Had to go to another place for the repair anyways. These guys are hypocrites and a thief. The old man and the mechanics there do this for a living and they seem as if they have no idea about it.
** I went to the shop because they have good rating on google but now I noticed all the good reviews appear to be from their friends and family as most of them have similar names. Never going back there again.

Not only that, because it wasn’t ready, they charged me an heavy extra fee for taking up a garage spot during the week. They handled this with no professionalism, they came off hostile with condescending remarks on my knowledge of mechanics just because I wanted to dispute the charge. After I got my car back guess what happened, the next day of driving it, my brother noticed in our driveway how two of the rims were not only completely different, but they were scratched and looked used.
